Typical Roof to Parkade™ Schedule

During the early days of Spring, most buildings will get all of their windows cleaned and pressure wash their balconies, patios, common areas and parkades.  Although it can be done anytime of the year, we also usually recommend that buildings group their dryer vent cleaning in during this servicing. This is also a good time to do a comprehensive photo and video inspection of the envelope of your building.

In the summer months, it is popular for R2P clients to do light restoration work including painting, caulking, and crack repair.  Also, because of the warm, dry weather, the summertime is ideal for doing large roof cleaning projects. Lastly, August is a good time to do a comprehensive photo and video inspection of the envelope of your building.

When the Fall comes around, and the leaves start to fall, most buildings will look to get their gutters cleaned. This is also the time of the year some buildings will opt for a second round of pressure washing or window cleaning.

Snow removal, plowing and de-icing services are obviously done in the winter months – and when snow happens, Grime Fighters will be there to save you!

  • Do you use subcontractors?

    No. We do not use subcontractors (except for a few additional snow plows during the winter).

  • Can I bundle just a few of the services offered?

    Yes, absolutely! We recognize that the needs of every property are different. We can tailor the individual R2P to suit your property specifically.

  • Do you offer multi-year service agreements?

    You bet we do. With a lot of our well established client relationships, we can extend the service agreements to multi-year deals. This allows us to schedule some services that do not need to be done every year (i.e. roof cleaning).
