Year round work
It doesn’t matter what season it is, the Grime Fighters are out there doing work. Between our High Rise and Low Rise Divisions, our crews have plenty to do. During the winter season, we offer snow removal and salting services that keep our team busy.

Industry leading training
We take training really seriously. Every new hire goes through online, in-person, and in-field coaching with a Division Manager before you ever join a crew. You’ll be a pro before your official first day on the job. And it’s not just for new hires. We offer similar, in-depth programs for Supervisors too.

Level up your certifications
Want to get more certifications, or learn rope access work? We’ll work with you and even pay for your certifications if you’re looking for a career with us. Even if you already have rope access certification, working with our team of experienced heroes (including a few SPRAT/IRATA Level 3’s) will help you advance your education and career. We’ll show you the ropes (sometimes we’ll literally show you ropes).
